Triad is now an NCCER Accredited Training Sponsor! As a member of NCCER’s network of craft training and assessment program, we provide welder skills training to entry level welders in our shop. After completing the four levels of training, trainees are able to weld pipe and alloy metals.
The National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) education foundation. Their workforce development process of accreditation, instructor certification, standardized curriculum, registry, assessment, and certification is a key component in the industry’s workforce development efforts. NCCER also drives multiple initiatives to enhance career development and recruitment efforts for the industry.
